Our CEO has more than 30 years of experience abroad and is a technology leader as well as a serial entrepreneur. He has started six companies and significantly impacted the global labour market by creating more than 1,000 jobs. He runs the leadership by a philosophy that technology must serve both profit and purpose, making a tangible business impact and at the same time bringing about significant social changes.

Through TCARE, he became a part of a mission-first organization whose main goal is to help family caregivers. TCARE is now a $75 million company, with a staff of 250 professionals, after his leadership brought the company a journey from a mere idea to a multi-million-dollar enterprise. His ventures have covered a wide range of industries, including healthcare, technology, telecommunications, media, travel, and insurance, where he has been able to grow businesses and break into new markets successfully and continuously.

An extensive experience in managing and establishing offshore centres in Spain, Brazil, Qatar, Japan, Mexico, India, and Ireland is proof of his ability to lead worldwide teams and manage the complexities of different operational environments.

As a former CTO in St. Louis, he dealt mainly with the conversion of complicated technical models into the channels of business growth. His technical background spans Artificial Intelligence, enterprise cloud architecture, distributed systems, Java, Unix, and modern software development methodologies. He is always innovating the world by designing new creative solutions that help to streamline processes, save the planet by cutting global waste, and increase overall productivity.
