Mustafa Tunc

Mustafa is a Consultant at Codework and the Founder & Managing Partner of Agonis Partners. He has a lot of different industry experience. So, he combines strategic insight with hands-on execution in complex business environments. He used to work in renewable energy, payment systems, FMCG, oil and gas, glass production, and digital marketplace development.

In renewable energy field, he has been responsible for site operations, maintenance management, and operational planning. In the case of payment systems, he has been involved in product development, functional and non-functional requirements, and regulatory compliance. He has thus been associated with teams for Visa Consulting Group, Akbank, ING, and TEB Bank. His experience in the FMCG sector is that he has been a part of the SAP module migration on the business side, work of controlling and budgeting, and designing future-state scenarios in the areas of production, quality, logistics, maintenance, and finance for Ferrero.

In oil and gas industry, Mustafa has assisted with the supply chain control tower development and ERP selection and implementation projects of Shell. Furthermore, he has performed budgeting analysis for Şişecam and was responsible for end-to-end development of a logistics marketplace, including strategy, financial modelling, and go-to-market execution.
