Armando Cetrangolo

As a venture investor at Plug and Play Tech Center in Abu Dhabi, Armando Cetrangolo invests in high-potential AI, Healthtech, and Fintech startups across the MENA region. A career entrepreneur and venture capitalist, he brings a distinctive dual perspective to every collaboration, combining founder empathy with strong investor discipline.

Prior to Plug and Play, Armando co-founded a healthcare startup that leveraged AI, giving him first-hand experience in building, scaling, and navigating early-stage operational challenges. He has led multi-million-euro operations and more than 20 investments, supporting founders with strategic guidance, market expansion, and fundraising preparation.

Armando is an MBA graduate of Politecnico di Milano (POLIMI) and completed advanced studies in Venture Capital at Santa Clara University, deepening his understanding of global innovation ecosystems.
